★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and good selection of flavors. Somehow its a bit pricey for an ice cream, but its worth a try while chilling out with the views of Taipei 101. Yeah!! I could say locationis really good, inside the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall and parks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful place. The staff needs training and improve their attitude to customers. Instead of chatting with each other provide a better quality service. The food is overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A self service café with a lovely terrace and nice indoor seating area. The café offers a wide variety of food like sandwiches, pizza, noodles and snacks. Moreover the served coffee is very good and also draft Taiwan beer is being offered.
We ordered the pizza that turned out far over our expectations as it seems to be handmade to order and big enough to share.
The only issue we observed was that many people who sit on the terrace ate their picnic lunch they got in other food outlets.
In summary a lovely garden/ park café with a variety of food choices in a central location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years the quality of BigTom's Ice cream has gone down and the price has gone up. Most of the ice cream is flavorless, though the sorbets are better. The meals are also quite good and they are more reasonably priced. This particular branch has a great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to chill after visiting Sun Yat-Sen memorial. But the place is 1/2 filled with people but all the other seats/tables have bags on it.
Food is so so and service is so slow though the ice-cream is not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pleasant outdoor seating in park with some Saturday afternoon music, good cold Taiwan draft beer and basically a wonderful way to enjoy 90 minutes of relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place for their meals. This is the second time we are here. This plate of mixed fried food only had two pieces of chicken strips for $220 !! Ice cream is flavourless too. But if you are looking for a place to chill out or a nice outdoor cafe then this is the place to come.
