與各位分享一下用餐體驗,希望有幫助到在意用餐衛生與環境的人。 第一次用餐體驗很愉快,飢腸轆轆的晚餐時間搭配採光極好的窗邊港景,無疑是基隆獨有的景觀餐廳。 這次來訪依舊是高朋滿座,很幸運有位子便坐下來點餐。我們點的是海陸火鍋,點餐人員也順道幫我們點完了飲料與甜點。飲料是一杯不加糖不加奶精的咖啡與奶茶。 等了一會兒餐點便送上來了,湯頭清甜,除魚肉柴如肉乾外,其他與一般小火鍋無異。因為覺得天氣熱與小火鍋吃到一半覺得口乾舌燥,因此便和服務人員問道飲料可否先上,中間共提醒了兩次。 飲料上來了,但也傻眼了。 因為服務人員上錯桌,因此我們的飲料就在隔壁桌待了很長一段時間(也就是提醒了兩次的期間),那一桌客人應該是老闆的朋友,因為飲料送上來後服務人員說:飲料幫您送上囉!但我親眼看見她從隔壁桌端沒有封口的內用飲料杯走過來,我當下還來不及反應過來,服務人員解釋道:隔壁桌的客人我們認識,可以確認他們沒有喝過。 無論是否疫情期間,餐飲業的基本原則應該都是有「食物上過桌給客人的(尤其放了那麼長一段時間)就不該再給其他桌客人」的吧? 我沒有說話,只是靜靜的看著那兩杯飲料。服務人員似乎看得出來我不太想接受這兩杯「上過其他客人桌而且不知道被噴過幾滴口水」的飲料。所以她便把兩杯飲料端走說幫我們處理,約莫一、兩分鐘後,另一位服務人員端著相同的飲料過來。送上來的飲料依舊跟剛剛長的一樣,但因為我們沒有站在櫃檯旁邊因此無從得知到底是繞了一圈的飲料還是重做的飲料,我點的是無糖無奶精的黑咖啡,但為什麼上桌的是跟剛剛一樣的加了糖也加了奶精的咖啡?後來想說算了,心裡覺得怪怪的但也不好意思再麻煩店員,便走到櫃檯詢問可否給我兩枝新的吸管?服務人員臉一豎,問道:吸管怎麼了嗎?折到⋯了嗎?(我還想問為什麼要便宜行事給客人已經上過桌的飲料,讓客人心裡覺得不舒服?) 後來,還是很沒志氣的告訴自己,飲料應該沒事,於是我們喝了飲料但抱著不怎麼舒服的心情結帳打算離開。可是想了一下,覺得自己心裡不愉快但沒有告知店家這件事,那就無法預防下一位客人有不舒服的感覺,所以我還是很委婉的告訴店家,餐點美味但飲料有擔心之處,講了五六句話之後,櫃檯人員直接撇過眼冷冷說了一句:謝謝。便轉身與另一名服務人員對話與打包甜點。 好的,原本想說下次來要記得打電話預訂窗邊位置享受美景與餐點,但為了健康衛生安全,還是再想想吧。 以上僅供參考,大家還是可以自由選擇想去的餐廳,畢竟我只是也待過餐飲業對於客人的衛生健康與用餐環境比較謹慎罷了。

The hungry dinner time and the harbor view by the window with excellent lighting are undoubtedly a unique view restaurant in Keelung. This visit was still full of friends and I was lucky enough to sit down and order a meal. We ordered sea and land hot pot, and the ordering staff also helped us finish ordering drinks and desserts. The drink is a cup of coffee and milk tea without sugar or creamer. After waiting for a while, the meal was served. The soup was light and sweet. Except for fish and meat, such as jerky, it was no different from ordinary hot pot. Because I felt that the weather was hot and my mouth felt dry when I ate the small hot pot, I asked the service staff whether the drinks could be served first, and reminded me twice. The drink came up, but also dumbfounded. Because the waiter served the wrong table, our drinks stayed at the next table for a long time (that is, during the two reminders), the guests at that table should be friends of the boss, because the waiter said after the drinks were delivered : Drinks will be served for you! But I saw her walking over the unsealed inner drink cup at the end of the table next door. I didn't have time to react at the moment. The service staff explained: We know the guests at the table next door and we can confirm that they haven't drunk it. Regardless of whether it is during the epidemic, the basic principle of the catering industry should be that "food that has been served to customers (especially for a long period of time) should not be given to other table guests", right? I didn't speak, just watched the two drinks quietly. The service staff seemed to see that I did not want to accept these two drinks that "have been at other guests' tables and didn't know how many drools have been sprayed". So she took the two drinks away and said to help us deal with it. About a minute or two later, another waiter came over with the same drink. The drink delivered was still the same as the one just now, but because we were not standing next to the counter, we couldn’t tell whether it was a circled drink or a remade drink. I ordered black coffee with no sugar and no creamer. But why is the same coffee with sugar and creamer added on the table? Later, I wanted to say forget it. I felt weird in my heart, but I was too embarrassed to trouble the clerk any more, so I went to the counter and asked if I could give me two new straws. The service staff stood up and asked: What's wrong with the straw? Has it been folded to...? (I also want to ask why it is necessary to act cheaply to give customers drinks that have already been on the table, so that customers feel uncomfortable?) Later, I was still very unambiguous and told myself that the drink should be fine, so we drank the drink but checked out with an uncomfortable mood and planned to leave. But after thinking about it, I felt unpleasant in my heart but didn’t tell the store about this. It would not prevent the next customer from feeling uncomfortable, so I still told the store euphemistically that the food is delicious but the drink has something to worry about. After speaking five or six sentences, the staff at the counter rolled his eyes and said coldly: Thank you. Then he turned to talk to another waiter and packed desserts. Okay, I originally wanted to remember to call to book a window position to enjoy the beautiful scenery and meals next time, but for the sake of health and safety, think about it again. After all, I have only been in the catering industry to be more cautious about the hygiene of the guests and the dining environment.

松阪豬跟魚餃火鍋,滿滿的肉,很好吃!鐵板羊肉也很棒!可以看見港口的窗邊座位很舒適!先生說蛋蜜汁很好喝?

餐點價格適中、份量足夠,也有設置洗手間,二樓靠窗可以看到碼頭,風景不錯。機車停車方便,附近應該有汽車立體停車場,但聽說不是很好停車(格子畫的較小),位置算基隆傳統鬧區,用餐後要繼續在附近逛逛也是很方便。就外縣市去消費來說,基隆道路規劃對開車族來說友善但是不好停車;機車停車方便,但是道路規劃上顯得難行。

Locomotive parking is convenient. There should be a car parking lot nearby, but I heard that parking is not very good (the grid is small). The location is regarded as a traditional downtown area in Keelung. It is also very convenient to continue to stroll around after a meal. In terms of consumption in other counties and cities, Keelung road planning is friendly to drivers but not easy to park; motorcycle parking is convenient, but road planning is difficult.

沒想到隱身在這排小樓裡,有個可以面對海景的簡餐店。走進餐廳裡有令人驚艷的感覺(本來沒有多大的期待?)。餐點種類蠻多的,口味還不錯。
