和朋友第一次前往勃肯鞋專賣店,那時店面唯一的客人剛走,可以說從頭到尾只有我們一組客人。
朋友和我有些拿不定主意哪雙才是適合我腳的顏色款式,很客氣地請男老闆拿鞋款給我試穿。
男老闆原本看起來很熱情,約莫試第3雙,老闆突然臉一沉,大喊了聲「你們可不可以先決定好啊!」,接下來老闆臉色看起來非常差地直到結束。甚至我決定好購買哪一雙鞋、打包、結完帳的過程,他一句話也沒說。
試鞋的過程也一直催促我們,例如在試第4雙時,就趕緊問前面試的2雙不要了嗎,他要收起來,可是購物這件事情本來就需要時間穿脫和考慮,導致整個過程我和朋友內心其實滿緊張的。
對了!短時間內我大概試了5雙,最後決定買第4雙。如果有人跟我一樣是需要款式實際上腳,互相比較才能選擇購買哪一雙的話,建議就慎選店家吧!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很爛的老闆,1~2年前曾拿鞋去此店家送修老闆剛好在跟其他客人介紹鞋居然當我面跟客人說他們鞋是可以維修的像我那雙要送修的已經爛成這樣了還要送修所以還是可以修…當下聽了我很不高興表示不滿,老闆當下馬上道歉但態度讓人感覺很不好,就是一副我了解所有我道歉了啊?不然你要怎樣那種感覺。很無言。

直到我修了第一雙鞋底。
維修時只叫我簽名根本沒告知我鞋子有那些地方受傷。直到我拿到我修好的鞋,看著上面的新傷,我問老闆「為什麼鞋子受傷?」
老闆直接態度180度轉變,「誰的鞋子穿了不會舊,不會有傷,妳這樣說沒有依據,不能證明是我們造成的傷,而且切結書都有勾,妳的鞋有傷有髒污有損耗」
沒錯 我只能摸著鼻子就走。
但是老闆,我可以百分之百告訴你,這就是你們造成的新傷。
如果大家愛惜你的鞋,之後需要換底維修,請記得一定要拍照留下憑據。
然後我再也不會再光顧這家店。
老闆的態度不敢恭維了。
