★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seller was nice and speaks good English but Birkenstocks sizing is too big. Seller told me it's good sizing when I asked her if it's good or not, looking at my feet inside the sandals, but after trying them for a while turned out that they are indeed too big and my foot slips inside the sandal when walking.
Couldn't return or change to a smaller size after use. Also the seller told me if I go a size down to 40 there's only the narrow width which wouldn't fit. (As you can see in the picture the strap is way too loose and there's plenty of room to go a size down)
It just makes me wonder if they sold me this size just because they didn't have the smaller one, or they genuinely thought it was good sizing.
