鞋子修繕你們把鞋子送錯給其他人就算了。三次到場拿鞋只說:「鞋子不見了,明天請小姐確認」「鞋子被拿錯了,明天對方會送來」「對方還沒送來,明天會送來!」,三次等待時間都已經間隔一週以上,都不是老闆娘親口說的“明天”,我們既沒有每天催討也沒有無禮逼迫,然而中間卻一通電話主動告知也沒有,完全不溝通協調。身為商家是否起碼應該要主動聯絡告訴我們目前還需要讓我們等多久、你們如何處理,而不是一再的讓客戶自己跑去詢問半天然後也並未履行承諾。
原本9/17簡訊通知可以取鞋,今日是10/10跑了第四次(第三次時老闆娘承諾要在明天客人交換鞋子後送來,只是何時要送也又是個未知數,所以還是決定再跑第四次),到了後老闆娘說:喔鞋子到了,打算今天下班後送過去。
我想說的是:「那為何妳不打電話通知說鞋子已拿到,打算今晚要送來?」老闆娘態度很好,但… 打個電話、發個簡訊主動吿知有這麼難嗎?
寫這麼多的review不是想得到道歉或賠償,但我認為這是你們店家應該要注意改進,遇到狀況你們是可以有方式來消除消費者的不安,而不是用隨意敷衍的方式來處理。
也提醒取鞋的客人與商家,都應該再離開前檢查是否是客人自己修繕完成的鞋子,免得自己還得多跑一趟,也造成其他客人的困擾!

Shoe repair, you just give the wrong shoes to someone else. I took the shoes three times and only said: "The shoes are gone, please confirm tomorrow." "The shoes were taken wrong, and the other party will send them tomorrow." "The other party has not sent them yet, they will send them tomorrow!" There was an interval of more than a week, and it was not the "tomorrow" that the proprietress herself said. We neither urged every day nor did we rudely persecute, but we did not actively inform us through a phone call, and we did not communicate and coordinate. As a merchant, should you at least take the initiative to contact us and tell us how long we still need to wait and how you deal with it, instead of asking customers to ask for a long time and fail to fulfill their promises.
Originally the 9/17 text message informed that it was possible to pick up the shoes. Today is the fourth time on 10/10 (the third time the boss promised to send them after the guests exchange shoes tomorrow, but it is still unknown when they will be delivered, so I decided to do it again. Run for the fourth time), when the owner said: Oh, the shoes are here, I plan to send them after get off work today.
What I want to say is: "Then why don't you call to inform you that the shoes have been obtained, and you plan to deliver them tonight?" The lady boss has a good attitude, but... Is it so difficult to make a call or send a text message?
Writing so many reviews is not to get an apology or compensation, but I think this is that your store should pay attention to improvement. In case of a situation, you can have a way to eliminate consumer anxiety, instead of dealing with it in a perfunctory way.
It also reminds the customers and businesses who pick up the shoes that they should check whether they are the shoes that the customer has repaired before leaving, so as not to make another trip and cause other customers' troubles!
