★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 與其他商務中心不同的是, 空間很充裕！同時也有評估其他商務中心, 但很擠連公用走道都很小, 隔音也不是很好. 這裡還有熱心的秘書服務, 會主動詢問及幫忙讓我決定就是這裡了！
秘書下班之後也會留下夜間模式的照明, 避免租客摸黑受傷或是害怕☺️
旁邊是通化街根本不用怕餓肚子哈哈～ 這裡的茶水間除了咖啡機和茶包, 他們有提供零食可以享用哦, 忙碌之時還可以補充一點熱量真是太太太貼心了～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工業風環境很舒適，秘書招待也很親切，我在這裡承租1個多月，真的不錯。
最好的是辦公室隔音效果，真的聽不到隔壁公司講話的聲音，可以讓我專心工作，工作累了也有免費咖啡可以喝、淋浴間可以洗澡，肚子餓了也有免費零食可以吃。
有公告12/25商務中心要舉辦聖誕節的節慶活動，聽說有免費餐點、飲料及活動可以參加，真是期待！商務中心真的幫我把員工照顧的很好，讓我可以安心的打拼業績，不用擔心優秀的員工離開。
最重要的是租金和營運費用都很合理！

咖啡、茶點、安靜的辦公間、配備齊全的會議室以及優秀的前台人員（打完疫苗瘋狂被關心真的超感動?）
廁所也是乾乾淨淨，還有淋浴間?
最棒的是24/7 需要辦公時隨時都能進來
真的很棒～

這裡的秘書Bella熟悉每位各戶的需求及各種體貼的服務, 無論是租賃大辦公室或者是個人座位的用戶, 還有來訪的客戶來賓,都一視同仁且無微不至。
除了硬體和環境十分不錯之外, 在信義商圈商務中心林立的戰區中, 這裡的軟設施及上班氛圍,是我深深喜愛這裡的原因!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午從591得知辦公室資訊，打了兩次591上留的聯絡人郭小姐電話，沒人接，也沒人回。我還在591留言處提醒這電話沒人接。後來看到有市內電話，接電話的小姐說秘書再忙，會再請秘書跟我聯絡，然後我等到五點多，再打過去響了好幾聲直到語音說沒人接聽。很不開心的體驗。
I learned the office information from 591 this afternoon, and I called Miss Guo, the contact person left on 591, twice, but no one answered or returned. I also reminded at 591 that the call was not answered. Later, I saw that there was a local phone call. The lady who answered the phone said that the secretary would be busy again, and she would ask the secretary to contact me again. Then I waited until after five o'clock, and rang again several times until the voice said that no one answered. Very unhappy experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很棒的商務空間，有提供免費咖啡、餅乾，共同空間有飲水機、微波爐、冰箱，特別的是水槽有兩個，覺得是個很貼心的設計，也有提供洗手乳和洗碗精，超方便的！辦公室內隔音效果很好，完全不用怕影響到別人。
辦公室距離離信義安和捷運站四號出口只有3分鐘的路程，交通便利，樓下就有便利商店屈臣氏，3分鐘就到通化夜市，外出用餐也很方便。
目前感覺到的缺點可能是大樓只有兩部電梯，要等比較久?除此之外都很棒！

The office is only 3 minutes away from Exit 4 of Xinyi Anhe MRT Station. The transportation is convenient. There is a convenience store Watsons downstairs, and Tonghua Night Market is only 3 minutes away. It is also very convenient to eat out.
The shortcoming I feel at present may be that the building has only two elevators, and it will take a long time to wait ?other than that, it's great!

當初到處比較找很久才找到這裡，大安信義商圈，通化美食圈，捷運公車都是一個馬路的距離，高樓層商業電梯大樓，全門禁系統，個人座位的租金還是我找到最便宜的，潮爽德～～
座位跟辦公室格局都有用心規劃過，動線很舒服，硬體設備都很齊全，不是隨便挖個洞丟幾張桌椅就開始收錢，秘書非常親切積極，有任何問題都會幫忙，在這邊工作非常安心而且方便，完全是安身立命的好地方。
