We had the best experience undertaking the PADI open water certificate course coached by Carly. She is the perfect coach - knowledgeable, professional, warm and calming. Had a bit of anxiety going into the experience as a first time diver but was extremely soothed by her presence and clear directives. I knew that if any emergency situation were to occur, she was fully equipped to address the situation and ensure everyone’s safety, which really put us at ease. A good teacher in any discipline is so difficult to encounter and we could not have been more blessed than with Carly. Would 100% recommend her to anyone in Kenting!

I had a best experience for Open Water certificate coaching by Carly. She is an amazing coach, super professional, patient and experienced. She 100% paid attention on all her students to check on everyone’s condition, and make sure to give instruction on any situation and clam down everyone. We are very lucky having Carly as our coach. I would definitely come back to get AOW with her, and recommend her to anyone for diving lessons.

If you like diving as a low-rank soldier, join them. 1) Poor schedule management Days ahead we 2 booked our dives with them but on the diving day in the early morning they requested us to arrive an hour earlier with no reason.  Luckily we can make it. After the first dive, we are supposed to go on for the 2nd soon. But the trainers suddenly realised they have 6 ad-hoc customers joining, so we waited them at the pier, until late pm when the sun is already dimming.  Congratulations to their business but we missed the sunny moments and dived at a normal sun-off time. 2)  Poor attitude Yes diving is a VERY disciplined subject yet it is also a joyful activity. The trainers seem to forget the fact that we are just tourists who may dive at max few time per year only amid other trips and busy works, while they dive everyday as profession and work.  They criticised our minor wrong doings as unacceptable things like military commanders.  Well, we were not in a training camp Sir.  When we asked them what we should do under those circumstance they just ask us to study the PADI menu again! What a non-helpful manner to the diving community! Horrible, we can't even learn from mistakes! 3) Immature male owner The owners/in charge ones are a couple. On the 1st day they quarrelled and the lady won. The boy turns out to be the loser at that fight. His focus seem lost while he still has to lead divers as a DM. I think this led to above problem #2. If you can't manage your own mind well, please simply withdraw yourself from work, its very unprofessional and dangerous to teammates.
