高雄大遠百7樓BLUE WAY專櫃小姐2021/10/30詐欺刷卡金額,本人保留法律追訴權與退貨權利,請懲處該專櫃小姐與合理回覆!! BLUE WAY 專櫃小姐為了遊說本人消費以利她的業績,告知只要在她的專櫃消費滿4900元(原始定價、不含折扣與抵用)以上,並且用5倍劵支付,再加上本人原本已消費項目,可以換得1900元的抵用券(高雄劵1000元、十足劵500元、400元衣服折抵)再加上BLUE WAY 官方APP折扣300元,共計在BLUE WAY專櫃可當筆低扣2100元。但是待本人選擇商品要結帳時,“該專櫃小姐卻將金額往上浮報、故意誤導結帳數字”,致使本人第一筆支付的費用與原本告知的支付費用差價900元,而本人回去要求重新更換結帳第二筆,又再次與原本告知的支付費用差價300元。詐欺本人2次支付金額,直到本人要求7樓樓管出面解決,該專櫃小姐才願意退還承諾金額300元!!!非常惡劣的銷售手法,趁消費者未能完全理解,就亂報數字要求刷卡,詐騙金額高達900元!!! 詳細金額往來如下: ☆專櫃小姐原本告知本人商品售價+折扣+低用劵: (牛仔長褲3980元+棉短褲2880元)×8折,再扣1900元抵用券(高雄劵1000元、十足劵500元、400元衣服折抵)以及BLUE WAY 官方APP折扣300元。所以3288元為本人實際需要再支付的費用。 ☆第一筆支付: 應支付3288元,所以專櫃小姐要本人給5倍劵3000元,但又要我刷HAPPYGO PAY 1188元(第一次爭議點),實際上應刷288元即可(價差900元)!!! ☆第二筆支付: 再次回去理論,她自知理虧,居然又呼嚨本人是她看錯,退刷HAPPYGO PAY 1188元,再刷588元(第二次爭議點)就好。然而她已感應BLUE WAY 官方APP300元折扣碼,卻又沒有扣300元(價差300元)!!! ☆第三筆支付:(已找7樓樓管出面) 找樓管出面是因為已經無法再信任這位BLUE WAY專櫃小姐,樓管要求她得退還300元,她才退款。 結論: 惡劣的BLUE WAY專櫃小姐詐欺客人低價折扣,等到要支付時卻報高價,如果不是我後來多次冷靜思考與檢視,就上當受騙了。等到第三次與樓管一起再去,她居然還說“只要客人開心就好”!?是她遊說折扣與抵用後只要3288元,本人才想在BLUE WAY消費,沒有信守承諾詐欺,還要甩鍋說得是客人不理性(將心比心,誰被騙之後心情會好??),真的很惡質、低級!!! 又買兩件褲子花了2.5小時在BLUE WAY專櫃解決糾紛,浪費時間又非常不開心,回到家後發現牛仔長褲還被剪標。(已錄影存證) 請高雄大遠百懲處該專櫃小姐,針對她的惡質銷售手法以及小動作,我保留法律追訴權與退貨權利,直到 貴公司給出合理的交代。
