品質差,工錢貴就算了,查修技術更爛。冷氣系統冷媒一兩個月就漏光,查修三次修不好,反應可能壓縮機漏也沒有結果。跟客服反應是不是想拖過保固,得到回答是不會。結果就是修不好,過保固去其他保修廠說壓縮機有漏,真的很無言。是不是該履行承諾負責。

第一次進場保養時,我反應了儀表板總是會顯示key沒電的狀態,以及下雨天雷達總是會叫不停的狀態! 維修小姐回答我..雨落下的角度打到雷達本來就會叫。 我問說..雷達不能調整嗎? 小姐回我說..沒辦法欸,有雷達的車都是這樣的啊~妳之前開的車難道沒雷達嗎?如果有的話,妳應該不會問這個問題啊!!(我心裡想..啊那可能是新車的雷達比較敏感,所以我沒回話!!) 回家後,上網查詢了X3社群,發現很多車主也有這個問題!但是他們都說…經過調整後就不再有下雨天雷達亂叫的問題!(所以是小姐不幫我報修調整?還用話虧我?) 然後Key電池沒換!我打電話過去詢問!維修小姐說..我表單上有註明啊,建議更換電池!我想說妳還另一把,所以先沒更換! 我默默的掛了電話!真的覺得心累!如果我沒有要換電池我跟妳說幹嘛?! 今天!觀察了很久的車門噠噠聲,終於想說不然打去報修好了,因為開車的時候車門有聲音真的蠻不舒服的! 維修小姐下午來電..請問車門噠噠聲發生多久了? 我答一陣子了。 請問聲音大聲還小聲? 我答時大時小 再問車子速度快慢發出的? 又問聲音發生的頻率? 我說有時候有聲音,有時候有沒有了? 小姐回我..有時候?!有時候是多久一次? 整個讓人很不舒服欸!我很不耐煩也很火的回了..不就是很頻繁才報修的! 真不知道何謂服務態度?! 當車主都很閒嗎?我們當然也都知道有時候維修要留車!如果不是真的有問題,誰希望去處理一些令自己也會造成不便的事! 原來BMW常說的尊榮服務業是這樣的!只是口號?!

4/28遇到秉豐的接待,過程中完全沒給我們壓力,也馬上幫我們爭取最優惠的價格,當下馬上簽訂。因為非常晚才過去,就趕快簽合約,裡面也沒註明要送什麼,5/17秉豐通知車子到了,我們挑的車牌是花蓮牌 ,也是用最快的速度幫我們選牌。 就在今天5/21順利交車,以前我個人買過HONDA 、TOYOTA,出去就是要先找加油站,油箱完全見底,沒想到秉豐不僅貼心幫我們加滿油,還主動送全車隔熱紙、行車記錄器跟很多豐盛禮品如BMW鑰匙圈、帽子、雨傘、登機箱、保溫瓶、鑰匙皮套等,真的很貼心周到。還有交車時也非常有耐心,真的很大推,如有要到復興汎德真的可以找秉豐服務,古意又實在喔。
