★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 總評：身在鬧區中，但停車格略小，環境普通，有廁所可以上，如果是要逛仁愛市場或廟口夜市的話蠻推薦來這停。
地點：交通方便，停車場一出來就是仁愛市場，走幾分鐘就到廟口夜市。
服務：清潔大姊蠻熱心的，還會主動跟我們說出口位置。
環境：清潔度普通，但有廁所，算方便。
 Overall comment: In the downtown area, but the parking space is slightly small, the environment is ordinary, and there are toilets to use. If you want to visit Renai Market or Miaokou Night Market, it is recommended to stop here.
Location: The transportation is convenient, the Renai Market is right after the parking lot, and the Miaokou Night Market is just a few minutes' walk away.
Service: The cleaning sister is very enthusiastic, and she will take the initiative to tell us the location of the exit.
Environment: The cleanliness is average, but there is a toilet, which is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only elevator is broken. The functioning elevator is only for residents with keycards. Not handicap accessible, grandmother who had trouble walking had to climb the stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super good for parking. Came to Keelung for lunch after visiting yeoliu geopark. Centralized location so lots of food to eat. Cheap as well. Legit parking no issue.

This is centrally located to the local market and a short walking distance to the food night market. And the fees are reasonable. Most convenient parking. But, it is not that clean and the drive down to the basement is narrow. Be careful!
