和幾個朋友一同來用餐,很驚訝餐點的用心設計,從原料到擺盤都不馬虎,這如果在中華一番裡面應該是會噴出一條龍那種料理。

在逢甲的玻璃屋餐廳,蠻特別的晚餐,因為牙買加布朗雞裡面含有還沒成熟的野生芭蕉,吃進去整個嘴巴就澀掉了,不是不好吃,是蠻特別的感覺。

一個餐約400以上有沙拉跟湯主菜份量很少味道以這個價位來說沒有讓人有驚艷的感覺就是不難吃也不會到很好吃。飲料份量也驚人的少,杯子比一般飯店早餐自助bar的咖啡杯大一點點,甜點倒是很不錯

用餐環境很美、很舒服,服務也很好! 點了巧克力辣醬烤春雞,第一次吃這樣料理的巧克力口味挺特別的、推薦油封秋刀魚長棍麵包,麵包烤的酥脆沾秋刀魚醬很對位,金柑白酒手撕牛味道也很好,微微辣很開胃,巴斯克蛋糕結束這完美的一餐??

超棒的用餐體驗 湯品番茄湯口感清爽,味覺豐富。前菜金桔手撕牛用牛的整顆嘴頰肉燉煮,保留肉汁原味,熬出的醬汁再調配橙汁,味道濃郁而平衡,再搭上烘乾金桔片跟椒類,表現多層次的口感跟味覺。還有鳳梨燉豬肉,有了鳳梨酵素,豬肉燉煮的軟嫩容易入口。以前菜而言,份量相當的有誠意。 主菜鴨胸表皮煎烤的酥脆,肉質軟嫩。份量表現是多的。 主菜烤春雞,盛盤上來是半隻春雞,上面裝飾的巧克力片是台灣南投在地可可豆加上辣椒及其她醬料作為調配,再凍結成巧克力型態。入刀皮薄脆,有雞汁流出,雞肉鮮嫩不柴。配菜也是豐富用心。 甜點 柑橘系列 磅蛋糕中間夾心加了台灣辣椒,尾韻帶回一點辣感。用的奶油很好入口很香,泡芙殼非常酥脆,卡士達加上柑橘果醬,讓人驚艷。最後的乳酪蛋糕,底層餅乾酥鬆,乳酪蛋糕綿細香濃乳香。上面裝飾的蜜漬金棗,已經處理掉苦味,烘烤的剛好還有一點彈性跟黏性,連小朋友都喜歡。 鳳梨百香冰沙加上檸檬片,甜度酸度恰到好處,非常順口。 甜白酒挑選的香氣足,甜感佳而不膩口,沒有苦味,容易搭配食物。 環境是貨櫃屋。停好車走近看外觀,還以為是一般的西式簡餐餐館。坐在裡面採光很好,非常舒適令人放鬆。待用完餐,餐的質非常的高,真的是非常用心在製作的餐飲。 往洗手間的走道上有可可豆的展示跟說明,還有螢幕播放台灣可可豆種植的介紹。對於食材來源的講究也樂於與客人分享。 感謝主廚團隊給我們滿足而且愉快的一餐。 期待下回~
