選擇了reformer器材課，
第一次上完，天啊，我能抬頭挺胸耶！
再上了半年，虎背熊腰慢慢變薄了！
再上了更久，核心更穩定了，生活品質也變好了！
（以前時不時落枕，只能側一邊睡才能睡著）
因為興趣、想讓自己更進步，
也選擇了bodylab的師資班，
吳醫師幽默的風格，讓解剖學變得親切有趣；
謝老師在動作上的解析，以及細膩的分析⋯⋯
在吸收知識的內化過程，更了解動作的含義，
非常棒的課程??
