飾品是真的很好看 有購買過幾次,也有會員 但每次的經歷都不太好 第一次在店裡買了一條五千多的項鍊 想說店裡有清洗服務就拿過去 結果店員問我這是我們家的商品嗎? (我也才買不過一個月啊 ??? 又不是批發的) 第二次購買了三個K金轉珠耳環 結果其中兩個後面的轉珠竟然被耳針刺穿 這品質 ??? 還好詢問後店家有全換新的給我 (但是過程中一直聲稱他們的K金是軟的,這樣很正常,是太大力或摔到才會破掉或凹掉...) 所以是客人太粗魯 ಠ_ಠ? 再過不久我其中一個轉珠耳環的珍珠就掉了 拿去送修過很久才通知 因為我一直沒空跑一趟就放著 最近才去拿 結果珍珠是裝上去沒錯 但傻眼的是後面的轉珠兩面都凹掉了 再次這品質 ??? 我當場比給店員看 店員之後竟然回我: 因為太久了,也不知道是不是拿來的時候就這樣。 “而且我們修只有動上面那補珍珠,不會去動到下面的轉珠。” 這句話強調了兩次! 所以是我用的 ??? (我在店裡一經手過來就看到問題拿給你,在我手上不超過幾秒欸~ 而且就算你說可能是我拿來修的時候就有,那也很奇怪啊!難道我當初拿來修的時候你們不會做檢查?這麼明顯客人跟店員雙方當初都沒發現?也不詢問做記錄?難道不怕客人事後找碴?) 我就問:所以沒有要再做確認? 店員回答我:對! 我很不滿意的拿著東西就走了 完全不想再逛他們店裡的商品 事後他可能覺得不太好 又打電話說要換一顆新的珠珠給我 但說法依然讓人不太舒服 說因為那個狀況本來是不可以的 但詢問過後要讓我換一顆新的 請我有空再拿過去對換 我也去換了 但這次我回去絕對會寫評價 我必須說,那個是裝在你們的密封袋裡頭,那兩面凹進去明顯是袋子壓到變形的。 還有第三次買的戒指 拿拭銀布擦一擦就斷了 又是這品質 ??? 這次完全不意外啦 本來想拿去送修 但現在看來還是算了 :) 品質跟售後服務有待加強 雖然商品很美我很喜歡 但應該是不會在購買了!

前幾天第一次在這裡買了一條手鍊,這家觀望很久因為感覺價格都偏貴,因為有在其他飾品代購看到一樣的款也沒那麼貴,不過這次是因為喜歡新出的其中一款而決定入手,買的時候店員說有新的就幫我拿了一條,因為放在密封袋反光當初沒看到,回家打開看才發現吊墜的礦石痕紋很明顯,而且在正中間不是很好看(當初在櫃位展示的也沒這種明顯的痕紋)沒想到新的一條還更不好看,後來詢問店家,店家表示因為礦石有天然紋路不是瑕疵所以不能換貨,當然店家也沒錯,因為這是他們的規定,不過個人是認為一條將近兩千的手鍊礦石的成色未經挑選,要自己以運氣看買到哪一條,商品品質實在不到那個價位,自己在別家買的韓國飾品一樣是月光石,雖然不是手鍊是耳環,但是礦石更大而且成色很美不會有特別突兀的痕紋,而且只要六百,所以這次算是給自己買個經驗吧~(附上照片讓大家自己參考吧~

完全不會再購買的一家飾品店!!!!!!!!! 多次回購K金商品,在剛開店時跟朋友買了不少,直接成為VVIP會員(是VVIP不是VIP),之後每年生日都有購物金,購買還有折扣回饋,但在前陣子貴店更改會員制度後,完全"未經告知",直接變成""一般會員"",以往購買紀錄直接歸零,這對老顧客來說算什麼?? 再來是品質問題,先前買的K金碎鑽手鍊,因為跟狗玩的過程,不小心扯斷,維修花了500元,維修回來後,手鍊扣子的部分長得不一樣就算了,整條手鍊明顯變細、整體質感變得跟原本的不一樣,不知道是被換過一條還是?? 但因為是絕版品,想說將就著戴...過沒多久,在沒有任何外力介入的情況下,戴在手上就自己斷掉了......私訊詢問小編,回覆內容的意思就是""只有你這樣,都沒有其他人有遇過這種情況"",還補充說明維修後的商品本來就會變得更脆弱、配戴要小心。 所以??意思是都是我的問題就對了???我必須自認倒楣嗎? 但看了很多評論後,才發現原來大家都有類似經驗,後續的處理方式也都令消費者不滿!或許這商品只有我斷掉過,但說穿了你們家就是所有商品品質都堪憂阿! 在更之前我也斷過一條貴店的K金手鍊,跟上述那條一樣,這兩條都是3000-4000元起跳的,這條比較慘是掉在外面直接不見...,開心購買商品,也不是多便宜的東西,售後服務竟然是這樣,反映後都直接以責怪消費者不夠小心才會造成商品斷掉,那為什麼我購買其他家飾品店的商品,一樣是k金,卻從未發生過類似情形?
