Indian food in cafè style. The most affordable Indian food in Taipei I know so far. Delicious food, Mumbai’s street food ❤️?

I was walking around in the humidity and just couldn't find a place to cool off and eat something interesting and delicious for lunch. Then I stumbled across this great place! It's laid back, has a modern feel, but not pretentious. It was calm and peaceful, although it could do with some background music, I think it would just add to the experience. I ordered a lamb and spinach curry but I got a lamb masala instead. I only realized it when I paid my bill but I didn't mind, it was simply delicious. I will order the lamb and spinach curry next time. I ordered a paneer naan and it was delicious for dabbing and dipping in the curry. I will definitely go again soon. :)

Overall decent. Nice to see one if the few indian restaurants in neihu. However portion could be bigger as their prices are almost like other indian places in downtown.

Very good place to have Indian chaat in Taipei. Raj kachori, samosa chaat and chilli paneer were the top dishes I liked with masala lemonade. I would just like to mention pav bhaji was not as expected and suggest not to try.

Hands down, Best Indian curry Restaurant available around Neihu. ?? Food is delicious. No artificial colours. Spice blend in the curries are aromatic and natural. ?? Good and friendly service. Dining area is spacious, well lit and clean. Pet friendly. Take out available. English menu / speaking staff available. Spice level: ?️?️ Must-try:Butter Chicken, Chicken tikka. On enquiry, came to know that Chef hand picks whole spices, roast and ground them for this restaurant to get the authentic flavours in the curries. Wow!! ??. Definitely will go there again. ??

I’ve been dinning here and ordering takeout via Ubereats for awhile. I just want to say to Bombay 1987: From Food tastiness to the service of yours, you’re truly, the one and the only! I have never met a person who could be this thoughtful and sweet as you can be! The little note that I received everytime, it warms my heart to the highest level! And the butter chicken has the rich favor brings me happiness, and the spice aroma indulges my nose, mouth and my stomach and my soul. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️ * I have one particular deathly food allergy, and they take it seriously, makes me feel safe to enjoy their delicious foods and services. Only if I had 10 stars on google map to offer. ?

We've been there now 3 times and have been super happy with the food, the service and the ambience every time. Especially want to highlight the butter chicken. The meat is super tender and has a wonderful bbq grill flavor, perfectly balanced with the sauce! Also price value is spot on, much better than many other places in the city. We'll definatly come back

This place has hands down the best butter chicken in the Neihu area! Overall the environment is well lid, spacious, and clean, so no complaints on my end on this. Service is also fast, snappy and corteous enough, albeit I was the only person in the place so that probably helped. Now for the food, as mentioned above, the Butter Chicken is really good, it was my favorite dish of the night. It was a generous bowl of creamy, rich, buttery goodness. The chicken itself was really good and juicy. Besides the Butter Chicken I had butter and garlic Naan, Malai Tikka and a hot masala tea. It was my first time trying Malai Tikka, and although not the most mind-blowing dish I have ever had it is solid and honestly feels quite healthy. I think it would work well as an entree to share with others since the portion is insanely big. The chicken of this dish is moist, juicy and tastes honestly good. However the flavor profile is a little bit boring and grows old quickly, especially when you are eating the huge portion by yourself, plus the green sauce it comes with doesn't really help since it actually overpowers the taste of the chicken. The Naan, unfortunately, were far from the best I have tried. I really love Naan and love them more when they are soft and chewy. The texture on the Naan I had here was inconsistent; some parts were soft, some were crispy like a chip, and some even burned. Thankfully soaking them in the Butter Chicken did the trick and they served their purpose. Finally the Masala was good, milky, not too spicy, not too sweet. Despite the Naan issue I am still giving this place 5 stars because the value is quite high with good quality to price and portion to price ratio, plus the Butter Chicken is quite good which tells me it is very likely other items on the menu must be too.
