然後牛排很硬...

真的是目前我吃過健康餐盒裡面
唯一一間那麼想回訪的店！
雖然價格的確不算低！但真的是一個健康餐良好選擇?
也有吃過很貴但很難吃的健康餐！
菜都水煮，但是都有基本甜味，菜色很多款！
不會讓你吃到覺得完全沒味道！我單吃都覺得超好吃的！
而且菜是有煮到「軟」的，超多健康餐盒要馬就是給你生菜，要馬就是給你超硬的高麗菜！
這家真的體諒到顧客！超推
會有變化，不會一直都一樣的菜色！
給的量很足夠！也有水果
不想吃飯也可以換成蔬菜很人性化！
而且看起來很精緻，選擇也很多樣！
最推最推 松阪豬！那個功夫真的太厲害
超級有嚼勁又香！很少有健康餐盒可以做的那麼有境界啊啊
而且醬料也超好吃( ´▽｀)
最愛胡麻醬！朋友都吃酸辣醬也很推
反正整體Cp值超高！❤️❤️❤️

這是海陸白肉蛋白，價錢$179，
一打開所有食物的高度就便當一半再高一點，
翻起來，蔬菜的部分除了番茄（這算嗎？）青江菜只有一口？
真的非常非常的生氣！！
常吃樂波便當，但給的菜量越來越少，
這是當我不知道菜價嗎？？
以後再也不想再吃了...

推：雞腿 (油脂和烘烤後香氣，不是雞胸能相提並論)
ok：雞胸 (不會非常柴，但也稱不上軟嫩多汁；香料撒很多，不會完全沒味道)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來買了應該有20次，每次都滿意。食材新鮮營養健康，配色漂亮，最重要的是這家樂坡南京三民分店是我遇過店員最親切友善的。
口味很清淡，有三種醬料可以選（和風芥子、南洋酸甜、日式胡麻），我自己最喜歡的是和風醬。
要吃蛋奶素的話，有兩個餐可以選（舒浮彩蔬便當、綠野鮮菇便當），菇類有胡椒超好吃，但後者比較容易賣完喔。
適合增肌、減脂、減肥、乾淨飲食、生酮飲食者選購。

I have come to buy it 20 times, and I am satisfied every time. The ingredients are fresh, nutritious and healthy, and the colors are beautiful. The most important thing is that this Lepo Nanjing Sanmin branch is the most kind and friendly staff I have ever met.
The taste is very light. There are three sauces to choose from (Japanese mustard, sweet and sour, and Japanese flax). My favorite is Japanese sauce.
If you want to eat ovo-lacto vegetarian, you can choose from two meals (Shufu Choi Vegetable Bento, Green Wild Fresh Mushroom Bento). The mushrooms are super delicious with pepper, but the latter is easier to sell out.
It is suitable for those who gain muscle, lose fat, lose weight, clean diet, and ketogenic diet.
