覺得員工訓練非常的扎實，對他們家自身的產品了解度很高～
關於洗衣機、烘衣機的衣物洗後及烘乾後的表現，事前預約時有告知期望看到這個結果，服務人員也有當天提早幫我們做預洗預烘的作業。（是唯一一間有做到我這個要求的品牌）
經過這次門市體驗，大大增加我對該品牌的信心，畢竟在尚未購買前就願意提供這樣完整的服務，相信該品牌的售後服務也不會讓人失望。
再次給當天的服務人員一個讚?

Regarding the performance of washing and drying clothes in washing machines and dryers, we were told to expect this result when making an appointment in advance, and the service staff also helped us with pre-washing and pre-drying work earlier on the day. (It is the only brand that has fulfilled my requirements)
After this store experience, I have greatly increased my confidence in the brand. After all, I am willing to provide such a complete service before purchasing, and I believe that the after-sales service of the brand will not disappoint.
