★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一、整體過程: 4/23去現場試聽bose qc earbuds，試聽的產品都沒問題，店員也有先使用酒精棉片進行消毒，決定購買後，心想應該沒問題吧，於是沒有進行現場測試就拿回家了，但這是個錯誤的決定阿，使用後才發現有瑕疵，隔天4/24回店內進行檢測後，換第二台新機並現場測試，結果也是有瑕疵的，再換到第三台才是正常的。
二、感想: 在介紹產品以及處理問題時態度良好，只是產品瑕疵的問題，讓我花了更多等待(大約3小時)及交通時間，這部分可以建議門市端提供遇到類似問題的客人一些小禮物或折扣優惠，在品管方面也希望公司能更完善些。
1. The overall process: On 4/23, I went to the site to audition the Bose qc earbuds. The auditioned products were all fine. The clerk also used alcohol pads to disinfect them. I went home, but this was a wrong decision. I found out that there was a defect after using it. After I went back to the store for inspection on 4/24 the next day, I replaced it with a new one and tested it on site. The result was also defective. The third one is normal.
2. Impression: I have a good attitude when introducing the product and dealing with the problem, but the problem of the product is just a defect, which made me spend more waiting (about 3 hours) and transportation time. This part can suggest that the store can provide some customers who have encountered similar problems. Small gifts or discounts, I also hope that the company can be more perfect in terms of quality control.
