Went to here few days ago to see the new products. The staff Mr. Ziven was so enthusiastic and introduced friendly. I really like the atmosphere and place, also your well-trained employees.

My experience with Bose: I have had the Bose soundsport headphones for less than 6 months when the product casing and bose logo decal started to peel off. Sweat got inside and the headphone stopped working. Bose exchanged my broken set of headphones for a new one which lasted for another 8 months before the same thing happened again. Even though it’s a clear product flaw and it will happen over and over again, the shop manager was unwilling to take the product back or make ANY effort to compensate for their faulty product. Staff in general is nice but the management clearly doesn’t know how to do their job. Bose’s warranty policy is a joke and their production quality (at least for the Bose soundsports) is highly questionable. Their limited one year warranty is not good enough for such a faulty product. From a “premium” brand, I expect a much better quality or at least a better treatment of their loyal customers. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product if you really consider wearing this for sports like running or weight training. The picture shows how the rubber comes off and sweat gets inside until the earplugs stop working.
