★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蘆洲附近吃來吃去還是最愛買這家的沙威瑪?
內餡用料充足、實在，烤雞肉的醬汁很香很美味，而且內餡有什麼不吃的菜或醬可以特別跟老闆說不要；
每一個麵包最後都還會再去爐子烤過，增加口感。
有時候會要小排隊一下～不過老闆動作很快，覺得排隊一下下是值得的。

但個人吃起來覺得肉跟麵包整體有點太乾
醬料倒是調配的不錯!

⑴沙威瑪－黑胡椒口味$50元
高麗菜、洋蔥、肉量，比例很完美，每口都有肉和菜！看老闆加美乃滋和番茄醬時，不手軟的加，但口味上完全不會被醬料蓋過，依然吃得到肉香、麵包香、洋蔥香，而黑胡椒口味感覺更提味！整體來說沒有任何一種料搶了誰的風頭，非常好吃??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論：雖然Boss沙威瑪是台灣常見的連鎖路邊攤加盟店，但是這間攤販的手藝滿不錯的，對待客人也親切，留意到每一份肉都要經過燒烤並吸飽醬汁的美味。
可惜，我點的沙威瑪，老闆忘了幫我加起士QQ 不過還不錯啦，每份沙威瑪都會碳燒一下，讓麵包具備焦香，滿好吃的！
Conclusion: Although Boss Shawarma is a common chain roadside stall franchise store in Taiwan, the vendor’s craftsmanship is quite good and treats guests kindly. It is noted that every portion of meat has to be grilled and filled with the delicious sauce. .
Unfortunately, for the shawarma I ordered, the boss forgot to add cheese QQ to me, but it was not bad. Every shawarma would be burnt with charcoal to make the bread burnt and delicious!
