★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful little spot tucked into the side of the road as it slopes down from Puji Temple! This excellent coffee and tea shop is a delectable resting spot after a visit to the temple, a soak in a hot spring, or a walk around Yangmingshan. The tea and coffee are delicious and the decor and atmosphere are artfully peaceful and calming. Warm, inviting, and balanced with quiet accents that add to its charm rather than detract or distract from it, this is a spot made to glow in a spreading warmth from head to toe.

Guess what?
100% reflective of this lovely cafe, which sits on the slope of a mountain!
Along with the amazing vibe, food are also of decent quality. Coffee rich in flavor and aroma, cakes full of fragrant of fruits. We're More than delighted to have had this for our birthday celebration.
So leave all the hustle and bustle in the city, take your 30-min metro ride, bring your best mood, and come enjoy this tranquility.

We have dropped by during waiting for the famous ramen next door but gosh I prefer this restaurant ?
Firstly I didn't know there also are curry dishes here but it is one of the most outstanding curry rice I've ever had. Very very impressive indeed.
Another recommendation is homemade cake - so deliciously harmony. Not too plain, not too sweet, not too sour, not too oil, not too soil, it is simply right proportion of mixture.
The sitting, view, decoration, plug ? and restroom is nice and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful and nice petite cafe with great mountain view. Take 5-10 minutes walk from Xinbeitou MRT station. Tasty food especially yummy curry dishes and homey dessert. Definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything about this cafe is perfect, from the precise decor to the friendly and helpful owner. Thank you for your hospitality Alan! Fortunately I found Brae Cafe at night after a day of hiking in Zhuzihu, and the ice blended coffee was delicious and refreshing. I visited for lunch the next day before flying home and had an amazing meal on the porch. The scenery is stunning, peaceful, and the perfect way to end my excursion around Taiwan. I only wish I had found this cafe the first day I arrived in Beitou!
