★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here we felt the classic atmosphere of old Europe. Live band, nice night view, wooden furniture, delicious foods and sweet smile gathered in this restaurant. It seemed draw me to the street corner in Brussels to breath the air from Atlantic Ocean. Cool wind accompanied with the street light in dark. This was an European restaurant in Taichung city you can find. I recommended you to feel the pure circumstances as in Bielgien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in 8th floor of Taroko Mall Taichung. I do love the vibes here, good view, good service, and good value of price. The only fly in the ointment was a bit slow in serving the dishes, but it doesn’t matter, I still wanna score 5 stars for here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious. A bit dim at dinner time. Shows its age because of the condition of the floor, which needs more attention to cleaning. Food is well cooked, but I won't say they are authentic. Portion is reasonable. Staff are helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand why the rating is so high. Have been here with 3 others (local Taiwanese), with 4 different meals, all were giving feedback that it's not tasty at all. Pizza has no taste and the dough is like cookies. Chicken has no flavour, noodles are over cooked and the sauce don’t fit to the clams. Prices are high and service is not fast even though the restaurant is almost empty, but still have to pay mandatory service charge. Though the restaurant is located quite well. I would not recommend to spend dinner with friends here. Taiwan has a lot better places to eat. [precised my comment due to owner's reponse]
