Best Shopping mall in Taiwan

T	Tim Alvner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rather small and cramped Breeze mall, which is rather hard to navigate quickly as rather few and small shops are attached on top of each other so tightly. The age of the building definitely shows, but it is rather functional of you know what you want and that is here. Has a couple of rather rare restaurants, but I wouldn't go here to relax and kill time.

J	Jeremy Jim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of the kiosks at this mall are filled with scam artists who overcharge you by 20 times and make fake promises on what their product does. Shameful that the mall rents to such tenants that outright scams shoppers.

S	Shih-Chang Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was just like another mall. There weren't anything special in it. I tried one of the eatery in the under ground level. I wasn't fully impressed with it.

The food selection is better since Breeze revamped it, but the elevators, restrooms and garage are still sorely outdated, with not enough signage to easily access or use. The first floor has a Jamba Juice, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, Beard Papa, Mayson Kaiser, Aunt Stella’s, and rotating bakery type vendors like Good Cho’s, Love at First Bite and Heritage Bakery (spring 2019). There’s a floor of noodles and food court eats upstairs and they’ve turned the second floor into a Breeze Supermarket. There’s a MUJI and Uniqlo but on an adjacent side of the mall. On a recent trip to Ikea, it was awful trying to find the ladies room and then trying to go to the garage. The elevators don’t say what floor it’s currently on, so it’s hard to determine how long the wait is.
