Staff is very welcoming and helpful, and there is a motivating and positive vibe present on each floor (yes it has 3 floors so plenty of space). Very well designed with cardio, functional and weights separated into own sections and with plenty of equipment for each category mentioned. Highly recommend checking this place out and considering membership that is very reasonably priced.
