好久沒吃鬥牛士了,豐原的太平洋百貨8樓這家鬥牛士,歷史悠久至少30年了吧! 除了牛排的味道不變依然好吃,這家附設飲料吧,沙拉吧跟熟食、甜點,可以選擇自己喜好的餐點多吃一些不受限,還有當季的水果,每次遇到這樣類型的經營模式,我總是克制不了自己貪食的慾望,總是吃太撐了! 今天點用紐西蘭的PS沙朗5分熟,煎的恰當,我對牛排店品質跟熟度是很挑的,本身店家的莎朗牛排的品質就不錯,口感軟嫩肉籤維細緻多汁,味美香甜,雖說是紐西蘭的牛隻,但卻沒有草腥味,可能是PS等級吧! 吃牛排我很少沾醬汁食用,不過這次試了鬥牛的黑胡椒醬汁,濃濃的胡椒香以及帶有深層的燉煮過的肉汁味道,口感很厚實,除了原味牛排吃法外,非常建議試試黑胡椒的風味。 店裡的一款風靡30餘年的老品牌風味一定要嘗試,大蒜醬汁,這款真的是記憶中的好味道,甜香甜香的風味,是生蒜浸泡了一夜的醬汁,蒜末大小適中,隱約吃的出來有傳統梅林辣醬的風味在裡頭,還有台灣人喜愛的金蘭醬油香氣,因為口感是帶甜的味道,因此不會感覺到死鹹,浸泡了一夜,大蒜精釋放在醬汁裡,因此感覺到會有濃稠感,趁著鐵板的熱度,將大蒜醬淋上,瞬間加溫的蒜香氣味直逼腦門,瞬間食慾大開,怪不得我這一餐吃撐了!

I rarely eat steak with sauce, but this time I tried the black pepper sauce of the bullfight, which has a strong peppery aroma and a deep stewed gravy taste. The taste is very thick. Except for the original steak, it is very delicious. It is recommended to try the flavor of black pepper. An old brand flavor that has been popular for more than 30 years in the store must be tried, garlic sauce, this is really a good taste in memory, sweet and fragrant flavor, it is a sauce that has been soaked in raw garlic overnight, the size of minced garlic Moderate and vaguely eaten, it has the flavor of traditional plum chili sauce, and the aroma of Jinlan soy sauce that Taiwanese love. Because the taste is sweet, it will not feel dead salty. After soaking overnight, the garlic essence is released in the sauce. So I felt that there was a thick feeling in the juice. Taking advantage of the heat of the iron plate, I poured the garlic sauce on it, and the smell of garlic that was instantly warmed up to my forehead, which instantly opened my appetite. No wonder I had this meal!

Have came to Bullfight since 1995. Overall, it is getting worse and worse. Steak quality was poor. Not recommend.

Steak taste good, the size of meat is just enough, and the dishes of buffet are great as well, there’s two kind of soup, both of them are amazing, which are corn soup and beef soup! The service is also good. Overall, I got a great lunch experience here.
