無意間網路跳出來的南投甜點店,好奇下google了一下文章「原來是正統義大利的提拉米蘇」~~身為半個南投人的我怎可以錯過這樣的高評價美食 店內只販售四種產品,卻累積眾多的評價?讓我很期待! 進門時櫃檯人員很客氣請我稍後(態度真的很好)前面一組人馬帶了20盒當伴手禮? 包裝袋是可重複使用的很有質感,送人很好看,也有說明小卡與包裝的很好的餐盤~可供使用??回家吃真的很好吃啊啊啊啊啊 以後我想我上去南投都會去買來吃?? 連嘴刁的哥哥也說好吃??

原味提拉米蘇(小,374元) FB廣告瘋狂投放,讓人有高度期待,包裝提袋與附的餐盤很有質感,但吃起來就是一般傳統提拉米蘇,一般好吃,但是沒有到驚艷,起司不膩口,也不會過甜,一切都中規中矩,沒什麼特色,就一般的馬滋卡澎起司配手指餅乾的風味。 如果無意間發現可能會覺得很驚豔,但行銷膨風讓人有太大期待,過譽了。柏尼西蒙一直強調自己的馬滋卡澎起司多特別,一直強調自己的咖啡現磨什麼的,現在很多家用心在做甜點的店也都用料很實在,但不會這樣大力放送大力強調自己用的料多好多好,那些平實的做著甜點但讓人吃一口後大驚豔的那種甜點店我個人是比較欣賞啦。以味道而言可以給4星,但是行銷扣一顆星。 結論:是好吃的提拉米蘇啦,但不特別,真的不用特別繞過來買。 #甜點 #蛋糕 #提拉米蘇

Bellisimo! 超棒的~ 「森林派對提拉米蘇」的手指餅乾沒有浸泡Espresso, 是為了非咖啡族群所做的貼心設計, 上面舖了滿滿的莓果,看上去好吃又氣派, 送禮非常體面.... 說到送禮, 不得不提一下老闆另一個貼心設計。叉子紙盤和輕巧有質感的非紙質提袋,裝著剛從冷凍拿出來的提拉米蘇, 也不怕因為退冰而弄濕損壞了紙袋,造成送禮或帶回家路途不便。 家人都說好吃, 下次回去會再回購。

My purpose is not to be rude with this review but it's honest and i felt strongly about the product to post. I bought 2 tiramisu in late december (double choc and original) and was looking forward to it mainly cuz of the massively HIGH reviews. i saw the owner reply to several negative reviews saying it's the owner's family recipe and it's generations old, etc. that's fine but i just need to say this to potential buyers. 1. if you do NOT like soggy tiramisu or soggy desserts, this tiramisu aint for you 2. if you like your desserts to actually be sweet, it's also not for you 3. there's not enough mascarpone for my liking and is a bit on the bitter and dry side. all in all, i wasn't happy with the cakes and we didn't finish either flavor. so i would agree with several posters saying that it's a bit too expensive mainly because we discarded them. i probably wouldn't care about the price if i enjoyed the cakes. I'm not sure if it would taste different if it could be eaten fresh and not frozen... but according to the owner, it's supposed to be soggy. that's unfortunate
