★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面空間還蠻大的，應該是台灣前三大的burberry,共有2層樓可以逛，店裡的服務人員大致上還蠻親切的，特別推薦Marc先生，有服務熱忱，介紹商品也很詳細，讓你可以挑到心中最想要的商品款式，另外商品質感也很好，包裝也很精美，且會主動招呼陪我們購物的家人先坐著休息和提供名牌汽泡水，喝不完還多給我們一個購物袋打包，真是個美好的購物經驗，記得要找Marc體驗看看喔！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購買皮帶還幫我量好腰圍，明明只能S號，卻讓我購買回家才發現是M， 根本扣不到洞，還說可以扣到第幾格、可以修改扣頭找他就可以的售後服務，講的天花亂墜，結果根本不能繫還要特別回去一趟退貨退款 ，才知道全台已經沒有尺寸S也不講，尺寸是量假的嗎！後面的退款服務沒話說，但身為一線的精品sales真的不要這麼不專業，教育訓練有待加強，連尺寸都拿錯，把顧客當白痴，真的很浪費時間，不是每個人都住台中好嗎！還要拖累同事刷退，連一顆星都不想給
