感覺年輕服務人員態度似乎比之前那批老態者差很多
難怪評論不高 志工一堆 問些相關問題三不知 也不會指引方向 幫忙處理
更可怕的是外面公告 感覺都是舊公文也未清理
主事者的忽略或不用心 下面執行者的怠慢 由此可見

At monent, you need to come in person or appoint an authorized relative, friend, or legal 3rd party to apply on behalf of yourself.
At moment, accounting to the official website of minister, that plan to launch online application and administratio. There are only limited information and consultation over the phone and online.
Please note : today is 15th Feb 2020, normally this is a normal weekend, but the Executive Yuan did announce today is a day of work day to replacing a pre-given holdiay during the Chinese New Year.
Do apologize if I am using proper term of English here, I am actually so late for my next appointment, sorry my landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on 11/8 inquiring about my Taiwanese social security. Wait time was minimum. The clerks were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. Brought out the form and instructed how to fill out the necessary info. Pointed out what else was needed to complete the task. A hundred times better than the Social Security office in Fremont, CA where I live. I know, they are different.
Came back here on 11/11 after I gathered all the necessary documents. Wait time was like 2 minutes. Handed in the forms and documents. The clerk explained when I can expect the outcome. Another very pleasant transaction.
