Burgary Hotel

You can probably get a better hotel in the vicinity for comparable rates. Housekeeping was pretty much inconsistent (I was walked in upon at 3pm in the afternoon), layout of room/ bathroom (e.g. fixtures/drainages) was awkward as described by another reviewer. Technically there is no window, as the window that overlooks the city is in the bathroom. Air conditioning was rather warm despite being at strongest setting.

Nice hotel with very helpful, professional and friendly staffs. Huge rooms with ensuite ultra huge Jacuzzi Baths and tv screen not to miss your fav shows! 4 min walk to Ximen station, 5min to Ximending. Just needs slight reno and perfect! And again the price will go up if rooms are newly reno. Will come back again in future!

You get what you pay for, since its cheap you should know the rooms aren't super big but they could do, air condition is cold. Staff are friendly but their English is rusty. Free wifi of course. NO Early check-in no matter what. One of the gripes is the bathroom its beside a huge-ass window, and there are no locks to the door since it's just a glass door. So people in the room can peep at you when you use the bathroom if they wish.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the king size bedroom with Jacuzzi. Free wifi and breakfast. Staff are quite friendly. Room is spacious and clean. No windows in room but a window in the bathroom. Morning breakfast is ala cart style. Mostly same every morning, bun with ham or chicken and porridge selection only. Basically 3 to 4 selection only. Dinning area very small. Can only fit maybe 20 people. Hotel very near ximending street and close to ximen mrt station. 3 star hotel with very small lobby. No other facilities available.

we spent 15 days of quarantine here and the staff gave us a bag of toys, including Frozen Manopoly, books, Clayto, Lego, color pencil， milk and much much more making this quarantine much easier. Thank you so much

Location: 5 out of 5. Staff: 5 out of 5; extremely friendly, security is very good. Size of the room: 2 out of 5, way too small for one guest, let alone two. Bathroom: 1 out of 5, way too big and a waste of footage. No shower door, the entire bathroom is a mess after one shower. No counter space at all. No power outlet in the bathroom. Exhaust fan is extremely weak, mildew everywhere and a moldy smell permeate the entire room. Power outlet: the entire room has two, and none near the bed. Price: Average price for four nights was CAD$430, value is low, there are better deal in the same proximity.

the staff are very approachable and friendly. the room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable. wide variety of channels available on the tv. the bubble bathtub is very much enjoyable and comforting. the down side is i would say the breakfast provided but, there's plenty of food nearby the hotel. the location is good anyway!

Spent 15 days here for my mandatory hotel quarantine upon entering the country recently. All in all it was an excellent experience because of a totally decent room for the price and exceptionally responsive. Initially when I got to the room the hotel WiFi was essentially not working, which made the video calls I need to do for work pretty difficult. The staff spent the first few days trying everything to improve it and ended up simply providing me with a 4G router for personal WiFi in my room, which worked great and was hugely appreciated. Also had tons of deliveries which the staff had up to my room as soon as they arrived - great given that some quarantine hotels ban deliveries (Uber Eats etc) altogether. As far as the room is concerned it was totally fine. Massive bathtub in a totally bizarre layout bathroom with no counter space. Bed was firm but comfortable, room was clean and smelled fine (other reviews mention not). Window opened to the street which had a solid view of Ximending. If you're looking for a reasonably modern room on a budget for quarantine I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Burgary.
