每次都請原廠人員來替換跟保養 鵝頸頭鬆動及漏水問題始終無法改善 就算要加價換新 也只能選擇相同有問題的鵝頸頭型號更換 反應超過一年了 當初多重比較覺得濾芯很好才決定購買 但是商品這樣使用下來 真的越來越覺得 品質很差

這是一家完全沒有售後服務的公司,請他們來更換濾心,打了N通電話,每次都說有專人會跟你聯絡,但從來都不會有人打給你。有東西故障要報修,送修後就音訊全無,打電話去問沒人知道,接線生都擺爛,不是說負責的人在忙就是在開會,本人一台厨下型熱水器(藍色不銹鋼體)本月初送修,到現在連屍體都找不到,拓霖的服務專線是騙人的,反正打去不是沒人接,就是接線生都推拖裝傻,一問三不知,真是氣死人,我現正準備向消基會投訴…
