Go to the Qiaotou Sugar Factory, if you are a net beauty
"White House" where you can stay for a long time
The scenes that are not on Netmei can also be stored in your camera
Today I took a glass of ice latte, I saw the packaging, and I felt happy (laughs)

The Qiaozaitou Sugar Factory, located in Qiaotou, Kaohsiung, was established in 1901 and was the first modern industrial zone in Taiwan. In 2001, the Qiaozaitou Culture and History Association and a group of artists transformed this historical industrial site into a cultural preservation settlement, and launched the first phase of the "Qiaozaitou Sugar Factory Art Village" artist residency project. In 2008, the artist-in-residence project began to be jointly operated and managed by Qiaozaitou White House Co., Ltd. and the Taiwan Arts Development Association. The original guest house space and several warehouses were leased from Taiwan Sugar Company for cultural assets, environmental education, ordinary aesthetics, and Art collection is the main direction, and the financial funds are raised entirely by the private sector, and continue to promote the artist's residency project in the village. It not only provides accommodation space and studios for artists, but also holds events with different themes every season.
The Qiaozaitou Sugar Factory ceased sugar production in 1997. In 2002, the Kaohsiung County Government announced that it was a county monument. Its sugar factory, Japanese-style wooden dormitories, air-raid shelters, red brick water towers, century-old woods and other ancient artifacts have been well preserved. The sugar factory itself is still operated by the Taiwan Sugar Company, but has gradually transformed into a leisure and tourism industry, and is now rebuilt as the Taiwan Sugar Museum. The sugar factory is close to the Kaohsiung MRT Line, and there are five-minute sightseeing buses on holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very chill place for working that's for sure. The yard is open for everyone, there was a historic brick tower, a walkway to a stage for events, a fountain pool not in use, some broken shack used as storage for building materials in the back. The retro style white house was not open to the public, however stills thanks to the company that manages the artist village.
