★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sam did my hair today. It was an excellent experience. He went above and beyond with his service. I was served tea and crackers, given a head massage, he curled my hair, and he even did a mini photo shoot on my cellphone (the salon even has its own fancy ring light). On top of that he was really friendly and easy to talk to. I even shared Guy Tang's YouTube Channel with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great decor. Assistant Edward is very professional and careful. I love how they treat their customers like friends. Music was my kind of music (hiphop). Haven't really tried their cuts but shampooing/hair wash is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first time I went to Sanxia because of a recommendation by my friend, whose home is in Sanxia. That friend of mine said that it was the best hair cut she ever had in her life so i thought maybe i could give it a try. And it is very satisfying especially the service in the salon. I went there for haircut done by Fion and I must say she did it better than i expected and hope! The environment there is nice and the staff is friendly too. I will get my haircut there next time if i need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very cordial and friendly. Great atmosphere, the staff seemed to be having a good time but still professional. Went for the whole family, myself, my wife and 2 yr old son. Fion, my hairdresser, was very thorough and she tried very hard to calm my son and acclimate him to the idea of cutting his hair. He threw a fit anyways and we apologized profusely but they assured us it was no problem. He was by far the loudest thing there and we felt awful but they were all cool about it and laughed with us. It's a little pricey, shampoo + cut was $600, no shampoo $400 but that's on the order of Hair Cuttery in the states so not a big deal. You get what you pay for and I felt it was worth it. 10/10 will likely go back.
