我們原本於百貨精品櫃位服務，為找尋更自由及有目標的生活方式，選擇轉換跑道。從餐車設計到包裝，都希望可以有質感，堅持每天手作兼顧品質，食材新鮮自然可以讓東西美味，是我們的理念 ! 藉由一部小攤車、一隻柯基及兩位大男孩，開啟全新的人生旅程。秉持著要做就做到最好的理念！我們希望可以給顧客除了感受到產品好吃，也可以讓顧客來餐車就像到好朋友家作客，熟悉且溫馨的感受，所以我們把每一位顧客都當作很重要的顧客，也盡力記住每一位顧客，打造不是只有單純的買賣而是有額外的附加價值，讓客人感到溫暖及療癒。未來希望可以擁有自己的店面，帶給自己及客人更多不同感受！也希望更多人可以認識卡卡雞蛋糕這個品牌。而會用卡卡的形象是因為卡卡是老闆第一隻自己養的狗，希望可以藉由餐車，把他永遠留在自己的生活裡及心裡。
