買了兩天的飲料 完全是白開水 都沒味道 但餐點的部分都可以….希望可以自己喝喝看調出好比例 (奶茶跟鮮檸冬瓜紅茶 都沒味道)

大林終於有一家座位比較舒適的早餐店了,傳統的美式漢堡酸甜的美乃滋加上那剛烤好的漢堡排真的不錯,但是柳橙汁不知道是比例放錯還是怎樣味道很淡好像大部分加水,希望店家注意一下!
Dalin finally has a breakfast restaurant with more comfortable seats. The traditional American burger with sweet and sour mayonnaise plus the freshly grilled hamburger steak is really good, but the orange juice is not sure if the ratio is wrong or it tastes very light. Partially add water, I hope the store will pay attention!

今天電話點 大冰紅,鮮奶去冰 火腿薯餅滿分堡+蛋+起司 脆薯、巧克力厚片 — 打電話過去,接電話的是一位阿姨 原本態度很好的說:「麥味登你好,請問外帶嗎」我跟他說外送,很明顯,態度直接變沒那麼熱情!「這除外」 點完餐他都有跟我再確認一次! 送過來的時候,大冰紅變中冰紅就算了 巧克力厚片上面加起司跟蛋??? 馬上打電話過去,同一位阿姨接的 跟他說這個問題,他也有說不好意思,我比較意外的是當下我提出金額錯誤,他跟我說:下次你在點的時候我在幫你扣掉,我直接回他說下次?然後他就一陣歡笑聲帶過,然後我提出為什麼我的巧克力厚片上面會加起司跟蛋?他說不好意思這是電腦用錯然後跟我說:「事實上這樣也是蠻好吃」?? 我認真傻眼,到底誰巧克力厚片上面會覆蓋起司跟蛋,就算真的有人,那也不是這樣回應其他客人的吧? 我也不是第一次叫外送的問題 說外送態度馬上變不熱情也不是第一次 真心覺得好好訓練一下員工回覆客人的態度及內容。 — 就在我據理力爭之後,有在幫我送一份新的巧克力厚片以及多收的錢回來。(原本講的態度好像沒有要處理的感覺) 但我想了又想,態度這個問題也不是第一次,我必須讓店家理解一下這個問題。 畢竟我的態度口氣並沒有不好!! —- 回應店家:我要求過15分鐘送達前提我有詢問店員,店員確定可以我才點餐的?麻煩請搞清楚事情再把問題提出來,若店家說不方便、不可以我自然也不會強人所難,在我看來店家的回覆只是覺得,你們只有把餐點做錯的問題,你們都覺得好吃???我想店家應該要多多加強回覆客人的態度。 我覺得口氣不好但我還是依然持續點餐,是認可本店的食物新鮮,但沒想到一個錯誤店家會把問題會推給客人?賠償這種東西是店家應該提出不應該是客人據理力爭才答應,麻煩再加油,謝謝
