★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe this is my new favorite coffee shop in Taiwan? The coffee is real (brewed, not espresso), it tastes pretty good, and the price is positively unheard of for Taiwan.

I’ve been waiting to go for over 20 minutes; saw 3 Uber eat orders get in front of me. Couldn’t help but wondering whether they skip mine in order to deal with those first.
The coffee is decent; food menu updates from time to time and is legit. However, customer service needs lots of improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire service flow is awful, definitely not awesome as you saw in the general eating in Google Map.
I ordered one Americano plus one roast toast (yah that’s all), in the meanwhile at the 8:20 in the morning, I waited for more than 20 minutes and got nothing.
The one who entered the order would not help those busy staff who were packing for -delivery orders. Also the one who stool care with packing, didn’t optimizes all steps to shorten the flow and time you awaited.
The price is VERY EXPENSIVE FOR coffee and a slice toast, coated my TWD 125, and 25+ mins awaiting, furthermore it absolutely ruined your beginning of the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Till staff needs retraining; learn to greet, to repeat order and to NOT lecture but guide customer through ordering. Better understand the impact your service can have on the overall experience at the Cafe. Great marketing NEEDS your service role to deliver, NOT to ruin the last touch point. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tasty and well priced coffee shop! I had the hashbrown and bacon ciabatta with one of their blended coffees and they were both delicious, far better and cheaper than the Starbucks which is literally right across the road. It even had a little taster right outside the store where you could try the coffee. I work nearby and will surely be going again (and again...and again...)
