UberEats order arrived incorrectly yet I suffered the consequence of having no merchandise or food by the end of 1.5 hours. Upon speaking with staff via phone call, I was transferred between 3 people, with no apologies and just a shuffling of responsibilities, resulting in zero solution or compensation for me.
This isn’t my first time ordering from your brand, I’ve been a recurring customer for a year now. But your crisis solving is unprofessional and inefficient, on top of poor staff training.
