If no more space available you should be flexible and let people sit on the big table instead of forcing them out on the balcony while cold weather !! I’m a good customer but this is unacceptable ! I will put you back your 5 stars once this issue is solved
J	James Pan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to re-rate it as 5 starts if the owner can re-educate their waitress. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST VISIT BUT MY FIRST DISAPPOINTED EXPERIENCE HERE. Their service level has been dramatically changed as- After waiting for 15 mins, none of the staffs came to me nor reminding me of ordering a cafe - until I decided to walk away the place and a staff questioned me with “Are you leaving without ordering anything”. My explanation was from my understanding, someone has to ask my orders over here. Eventually I have ordered a take away cafe to end this conversation with the waitress... NOTE : I will not expect them to order it at the table if this is a Starbucks or Macdonald, however I was not being informed at the first place when I just stepped in but only being told to grab a menu and asked me to take a single seat as I was there myself. Happy to re-rate it as 5 starts if the owner can re-educate their waitress.
