Bad service and they have to learn how to treat their customer nicely.

Two people order two drinks and one set. Bad service, mediocre food and very over priced.

This coffee shop needs to learn something about customer service. So I ordered this set ($390NT) and a coffee ($140NT) for a latte and sit down to grill my bread. There are 8 slices of bread and as you can see 4 small pieces of butter. So when I am done the 4 pieces I ask “May I have some more butter”. I then get told that I will be charged for extra butter. When the staff sees that I am not happy he says to me “if I give you more butter for free then other customers will see that and they may ask for more” ??? So let me say something .. what does 4 tiny slivers of butter cost ? 1 NT at the most (I buy butter from Costco so yeah I know how cheap it is ). Do you think if you had given me some more butter that other clients would have jumped out of their seats demanding more butter ??? Customer service is about trying to make the client happy . I really really don’t think asking for a bit more butter ... is unreasonable and I think suggesting you will charge me is horrible customer service. I get it actually .. your place is “hot now “ and popular in Taipei. But I also live in the area .. and already can see the the number of people that frequent your store is less and less. And I can also see your score on google is dropping fairly fast. Yesterday was my first time to try your shop. The food was really overpriced and so so . But I was ok until the butter request. So I have no plan on writing a review until that point . Thanks to your customer service skills ... you get this review ?

The cakes were very nice, the drinks are okay but a bit over-priced. Very photographic, totally instagrammable.

A whole burrata cheese ball on pastry seemed to be a trend all over Korea, at least on Instagram world. You have to grab all the stuff up and down by yourself. We went down to pick up the menu and go down again to order. When our food is ready, we need to go down again to pick it up ourselves. We ordered the bread set. You need at least two people to take the baking machine and drinks. It was not worthy and too pricey. The bread itself was not impressed at all. Super Instagram worthy but I don’t think I will come back again. Btw, they played a lot of kpop music. They also sell picnic sets and some cute stuff at the first floor.
