★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A delightful coffee house for meeting up and spending some time with friends or family. The store closes at 12AM, and even on weekdays it can get crowded late into the evening. Would recommend visiting the store earlier if you do not want to miss out certain flavors.
They have an assortment of mousses and cakes for you to choose from, however, their soufflé is the winner for me. I had the limited edition seasonal ruby chocolate soufflé and it was absolutely delicious; it was very rich in flavor, and had a distinct silky texture. On the other hand, their Passion Fruit Sakura mousse was a miss; the flavor was unappetizing, and had a trace of medicine taste to it on the first bite. Their peach and rose mousse were delicious though. I also bought a couple packages of instant drip coffee for home use, and their Land Roast Caffeina House Blend is heavenly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iconic coffee and bakery in Taichung. Comfortable decorations and seating area across two floors. Baked goods and desserts available in wide variety and reasonable pricing. Drinks are made to order and tastes better than most chain coffee house. The only downside would be parking space and crowded over weekends.

Variety selections of cakes, drinks and bread.
I didn’t have the cakes but I have a small
Portion of quesadilla. It was nice!
Good place for work/study on the second floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only had an espresso (fabulous!) this time but the place is totally elegant and artistic. The building and space are designed with art and sophistication in mind and there is artwork everywhere. Their pastries and breads are fantastic, and you will surely find the perfect cup of coffee or tea that suits your taste and exceeds your expectations.

Not bad but just not surprisingly good.
However, ambient is really good which is why so many people visit here and makes it crowded even during weekdays.
Has wide selections of food, from desert to savory and bread.
Size of the desert is almost like one-bite size, which is good if you want to try more flavors or if you’re on a cheat day but still want to control a bit ?
Just be aware that when ordering drinks usually the staff will automatically suggest for the largest venti size. Check the size whether it’s suitable for you before confirming order.
