★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新衣服送洗，洗回來更槽，不敢在穿出門，店員還全怪是衣服材質不好，不好的衣服，那為何客人花錢送洗?奉勸各位換其他家，免得花錢還活受罪，慘。全怪自己選錯洗衣店。務必換~換~換~其他店。

2）提點衣服比較脆弱的地方要小心，就說要加錢，或是問客人這衣服有那麼值錢嗎？（難道superdry mango 不是衣，supreme lanvin 才是衣嗎？）
若想要專業或基本的細膩度還是別來這，擔心送洗的衣服會毀了，住鳳翔送洗三年的經驗，簡單的衣服洗完不如自己洗或拿回信任有品質不會大小心的店家
