★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine when one wish to have his coffee hastily in the morning, standing and waiting for counter staff to take your order. you are treated as transparent !
Only 2 staffs at counter then, one preparing, another stood at counter.
staff walk down from counter, walk passed me to the side open the sidedoor, then walk to my spot, turn on the view screen. tis has taken about few minutes.
when I told him my order, he replied shop not ready for open, and need to wait for 10 mins more. I was totally taken aback as he should have told me the moment I step into the shop.
tis 2 staffs has no sense of customer service in mind, unprofessional for
failing to inform customer shop not open from very beginning.
tis really ruin my Friday mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered cappuccino for TWD65 medium size. The coffe is so good. I like bitterness with milk flavor. The coffee inside cappuccino is full of chocolate flavor. Additionally, the coffee also have some citrusy flavor. Overall is a good coffee. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cama is often underrated in my opinion. But out of all the coffee chains (including Starbucks, Louisa, Peet’s, Acosta, etc) it is definitely my most favorite. They roast the beans in each location. So the beans are always fresh. The shops are often smaller and aren’t fancy like some others, but they are cozy, chill, and you can smell the beans (which you can’t anymore at Starbucks after they made the switch to automatic espresso machines decade ago).
If you’re just a visitor of Taiwan, you should definitely check it out. They may not be the best, but they’re definitely good and better than most.
Pros:
Cozy, convenient, affordable, freshly roasted beans, friendly service, got the small indie coffeeshop vibe, good selection of beans, the location is close to the metro station, got an app where you can earn points for each cuppa Joe you order.
Cons:
Their app doesn’t work in English yet
