★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大魯閣門市終於將營業時間提早到七點半了，不過進商場的方式有點麻煩，希望之後能有更方便進店的方法。
 The Daluko store has finally moved its business hours earlier to 7:30, but the way to enter the mall is a bit troublesome. I hope there will be a more convenient way to enter the store in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來新竹玩，到大魯閣逛一逛，想說喝個咖啡享受一下，就到貴店消費，點餐時告知要內用，就選了位子坐，後來聽到店員喊號取餐，就過去櫃檯拿餐點。但後來於貴店點餐內用的客人，都是由店員過去送餐點，所以我就看了一下，原來我的結帳明細單為【外帶】，當下覺得被忽略了，心情有些不悅，還是被差別待遇了……雖然咖啡很好喝，但這樣不問清楚對客人有些不妥吧！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帕尼尼比7-11難吃，比路易莎難吃…這種品質我不如UE點個傳統的肉蛋烤土司。可惜的是新竹市北區有賣這種品項的7-11只有一間，沒辦法跟烤地瓜一樣普及。
咖啡比別人好喝一點，如果想吃點東西還不如買星巴克。
Panini is worse than 7-11, worse than Luisa...I would not as good as UE to order a traditional meat and egg toast. It's a pity that there is only one 7-11 store in the North District of Hsinchu City that sells this item, and it cannot be as popular as roasted sweet potatoes.
Coffee is better than others. If you want something to eat, you might as well buy Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務待加強。點好的餐，用叫的，不是個好方式，因為容易弄不清楚是哪組客人的。數杯飲品也沒托盤可用。內用亦皆為外帶杯。
Services need to be strengthened. Ordering a good meal is not a good way to order it, because it is easy to figure out which group of guests it is. There is no tray available for several drinks. All internal use cups are also take-away cups.
