適合新手學攀岩的地方，教練友善、路線親切

考確保證上課教學隨便，上完約考試時間一改再改，拖了超過一個月的免費入場時間，約考試還要收入場費，提前約好還會臨時放鳥，被放鳥還要自負入場費，真的是好棒的岩館?

上周末去上了運動攀登課程，場地舒適安全，課程內容系統化，教練也很有耐心重複地講解示範。受益良多！未來會多找機會過去練習。

今天跟朋友一起去體驗攀岩，教練講解的很詳細，過程中也很注意我們的安全，也會一直鼓勵我們多試試看，今天玩得很開心

路線範圍約落在初階到中階左右，覺得無論是新手或是進階的岩友都適合來這體驗或是練習一下不同的路線！

超～好～玩 雖然場地不大，但有多條攀岩路線可以選擇，教練也會一直指導手腳怎麼使力?

Took the belaying course (確保課程) and found one of the instructors really unprofessional, unprepared, unpleasant and most importantly, unable to put students' safety first. He demonstrated the use of the device once, didn't check whether students knew how to fully use the device before proceeding to pair students up. Because there was an odd number, he paired himself up with a student and started climbing. What was worse was that he had students who had never used the device before belay each other without his supervision. When problems arose, he was on the wall and could not provide any assistance besides frantically shouting. It was shockingly unprofessional, given that this was a safety course teaching belaying skills. There is no shortage of climbing companies in Taipei offering top-rope climbing courses. Definitely avoid this company like the plague and take your business to a reputable company that puts your safety first. I wrote to the manager, whose response was basically: thanks for your feedback, sorry you had a bad experience, we'll try to do better, meanwhile, you can practice on your own. Is this company worth your money when there're so many other options in the area? You decide. I, for one, would be taking my business somewhere that values customers.
