★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 優點：幾乎以英文上課，所以同時可以學習武術跟英文會話
缺點：上課時間非常不穩定，常常老師生病就休息，沒有替代的老師，也造成學員上課的意願降低，惡性循環。針對初學者沒有循序漸進的課程，除非很有愛，否則會嚇退不少初學者，台中的曼丁加，妳們算是領航者，真的期待制度跟課程完善一點，持續有人教，不然學員休一陣子就冷掉了…加油！
