昨天早上11點多借車 女店員服務還不錯 車子也很新很乾淨 租車價格真的是100 自己額外加保保險400(怕死了被三寶A到) 晚上7:30多在板橋還車,隔壁就是合作的加油站,原本我還找不到油箱在哪開,是加油站人員幫我弄的 ? 而且加油卡那些也都告訴我放在哪,真感謝她 (第一次開自家以外的車) 還車時統計計算過路費103,油錢200出頭,一共再支付340左右(我從羅東開到基隆再到板橋)

你以為的格上租車:閣下至上 我租到的格上租車:閣下智障 ^_^ 先說結論,格上板橋據點的服務,真的是 就。很。Poor。 這邊的服務適合生活過的很安逸,想體驗慢活、不被打擾與問候的消費者。 或是計畫要拍攝「挑戰台灣最糟租車體驗」之類企劃的網紅或YouTuber。 格上板橋據點應該能充分滿足上述使用者的需求,因為這裡可能是把自己定位是專業且ONLY汽車租賃業,不是消費者想像中的服務業。 所以客服從你進店後到填單簽名,都不會主動跟你講到任何一句話。 ☆ 基本上跟NPC一樣沒有任何差別 包括前面客人用車有狀況,近20人中在大廳等候。這裡的服務人員沒有任何一人出來告知、接待、說明。 ☆ 哇噻,浩婷的服務都比你們好吧,人家雖然兇,但至少還會跟顧客講話咧。 我完全能理解12/31當天租車訂單很多,但完全不引導不說明就算了,向櫃台的男客服詢問還直接來個不理人呢。在大廳被放置了35分鐘後,我決定再詢問櫃台男服務人員還需要多少時間。結果只被回目前前面排隊的單很多,需要再等半小時。然後!毫不解釋跟回應直接跑去接電話??? ☆ 客服!無視我們!BJ4 基本上,當天就是被無視暨放置了整整一小時,最後才被唱名去領車。(對,離表定訂車時間已經超過了一小時)那麼這樣,板橋格上會怎麼處理呢?在我主動詢問後,服務人員只再租車單上寫了幾排字,大意就是油費減免五百元,然後也完全沒有任何要說明或道歉的意思。接下來就換手交由另一個做領車檢查了。 ☆ 那年杏花微雨,新訓中心也是一片安靜,一樣沒有什麼人解釋說明,我還以為我接下來要被帶去剃頭了。 ^_^ 總之來結論一下吧,板橋格上真的讓我充分感覺被當智障。偉哉!毫無服務可言。哀哉!算是我降生以來細數有租車記憶的最糟糕的一次,這真的⋯不發個一星好評勸世一下不行。 猶記得法鼓山聖嚴法師的開示:「多想兩分鐘。」 我下次真的不會再租格上了!
