★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 租車的車子沒有保養卡 無法得知保養記錄 詢問服務員表示保養記錄都在電腦 要看要去保養廠看 並且表示因為每間公司制度不同 大公司才會提供攜帶的保養卡 他們是小公司無法提供 但有表示他們“每個禮拜”會把“每一台車”都送去保養廠保養 如果每個禮拜都有保養 這應該是讓承租人安心選擇你們的因素之一 為何無法提供保養卡作為安心選擇的依據？
要租車的人請先考慮承租人無法在租車開始時知道車子的保養內容與記錄 出問題公司方面只會表示我們有保養 有問題是你們使用上的問題 且女服務員態度強硬 口氣極差（取車時的男服務員態度則非常良好）
