★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了一台咖啡機CI，昨天到貨，因為自己不會操作，導致水路有點問題，一通電話給台北客服維修人員，過程中用官方line聯繫，隔天馬上派工程人員，親自到府協助排除問題，官方line服務人員非常熱心、迅速、週到，售後服務很好，問題排除後這台機子非常方便好用。給個讚！

I contacted the official line during the process. I sent the engineering staff immediately the next day and went to the office to help. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴公司售後服務非常糟糕，維修費用也是最高昂(全自動咖啡機我本身有飛利浦、迪朗奇及Jura相比)這台機器約2萬，維修費+檢測費(1260)=5670元，這就算了，可怕的是送回來還有免費的活體小強(伴隨其他不明小蟲)及其他夥伴屍體，還把我的底座滾輪用壞，目前廠商僅表示願意幫忙清洗機器(誰想要喝已經蟑螂爬滿機器的咖啡機?)，這是我遇過最糟糕的代理商，請要買咖啡機的民眾三思，以上屬實並錄影，若有謊言願負法律責任。2021/10/15
