店長很實在,告知零件還可以用,等壞了再換,不會洗客人,配件品质也很優,

上個月3/28,我到台中此連鎖店CAR汽車配件屋,請店家貼汽車商品車門內板防踢墊,於是店家幫我貼,當下我看到施工人員旁邊地上有一罐小瓶東西,於是我說那是什麼!店家說那是助黏劑,我聽了跟店員說不要塗,店員說不塗會翹邊,我說沒關係!於是店員轉告兩位一旁的其他人說不要塗助黏劑,貼完後我離開了,開到半路上我越想怪怪的,檢查發現,四片門有兩片被塗上去,我立馬回店家請他處理,並告知我不是說不塗了!結果店家使用酒精與除膠劑擦拭清除,雖有清除膠,但是內門皮革顏色深淺不一,於是我跟店家說這樣我無法接受,導致車子出現外觀瑕疵,店家也承認錯誤,後來約好4月2日回去處理,結果處理半小時還是無法復原,店家後來跟我說不然你回原廠估價看維修多少他們賠償,結果我拿出估價單出來給他們,一共$19810元不含安裝費,他們說金額太大無法接受,店家想自己找一樣物件做更換,誰能接受,店家自己也坦承疏失! 因為車子是去年11月才牽 店家的門板來源不明也不知道是不是(事故車)! 加上我回原廠估價時原廠從電腦調閱清楚說明全台灣目前無貨源! 也說車子12代剛出來沒多久,副廠零件沒那麼快有!我也去問過自己的修車場朋友,他們說目前調不到! 今天車廠若要幫你裝一個來源不明也不知道是不是全新或是事故車,相信沒什麼人會接受!何況你的車還是新車! 另外店家說Toyota 在幫客人裝東西都不會告知!請問店家又知道不會了?還有店家說(他們不會另外跟客人說明!)幫客人裝東西都不用說明? 原廠也說若我更換店家的兩扇門,那兩扇門將不予保固,因為原廠他們不知道店家會動到什麼!因為是新車還在保固期內裡保固四年 備註:另外店家公司那邊有一個自稱是股東的,還打電話,說年輕人心胸放大向前看,一點小事情不要計較,我開兩台BMW都沒那麼鑽牛角尖!還說如果要賠也是員工自己賠,公司不會賠償,瞬間與員工切割⋯傻眼!

As a result, I took out an estimate and gave them a total of $19,810 excluding installation fees. It is said that the amount is too large to accept, and the store wants to find an item to replace it. 第一次到配件屋是更換大燈,牌照燈跟行李箱的LED燈泡 第二次到配件屋,換了置物箱,加裝下護板,升級後車廂露營燈,過程中老闆耐心說明,不強迫推銷,尤其裝燈的時候,感覺非常細心有條理。 下次再去就是安裝防鼠網了?
