這筆費用我認了,花錢讓其他人認清你們的服務態度,我於109年5月29日駕駛貴公司車輛與人發生擦撞,經過警方判定表與你們保險公司(富邦產險)連繫後確認,我方需付3成肇事責任,5/29還車當日我已經預先付清了車輛維修費用,在那當下貴公司與我接洽處理的是那時忠孝店的店長,判定表出來後到目前為止整整1年4個月,中途每個月至少跟保險公司追1-2次進度,富邦產險那邊卻到目前為止還拿不到你們的維修估價單及收據發票,導致於我拿不到我應該獲得的理賠費用($2100),以上句句屬實,資料跟所有紀錄都有留存,這當我花這筆費用讓大眾看清貴公司服務態度吧。(以下附上當時車損,保險桿微微沾到對方烤漆)
