★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carrefour in Taiwan, it's your really your biggest provider of foreign products in Taiwan and pretty much everything you can come up with, as per the proper definition of a supermarket.
You can't find that damn pure white vinegar in your local store ? Your local konbini doesn't sell that wheat flour you need for your Madeleines ? Your Taiwanese friends have no clue what is that you're trying to buy in spite of using the proper Chinese words ? As your heart and mind are also progressively becoming Taiwanese, your reflex shall too soon be : 家樂福，怎麼樣 ?!
Personal experience has proven it's not always in Carrefour you'll find what you want but it's a fine starting point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed boxes for moving and showed up at about 9:30p. Large boxes had limited supply, but there were still some available and plenty of smaller ones. All free!

After I came back to Taiwan and during the pandemic, shopping in Carrefour is a great way to remind me the wonderful memory in France. I can find many same French or European products here in a very reasonable price.The choices of wine here are also satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not have a Carrefour in my home country so this provided a new experience for me. The staff were welcoming and helped where they could.
The store is not as expansive or as "modern" as other Carrefours in Taipei, but it is clean and has all the things you'd need. Would recommend :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ : Some of their breads are not that taste good but they have a great services, friendly staff and a wide selection of products. They have a food court in there where you can eat some snacks after being tired of strolling and go shopping. I love buying their fresh milk because most of the time, it comes with a free small pack of fresh milk as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Carrefour is relatively spacious compared to other branch in Taipei City. It is located in Banqiao area, New Taipei City. Sits at the underground floor of the building with parking area provided to its customers. This store, just like an ordinary Carrefour, sell lots of different kinds of merchandises, from food to consumer electronics. Shoppers can also pre order a roasted chicken and come to this store to collect it hot and fresh with really low price (NT$178)! Shoppers with young children can find some coin operated game machines to accommodate the needs of their kids. Basically, it is a regular Carrefour.
