★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carrefour is a very good place for shopping and good customer service. Costco customer service is not very good comparing to Carrefour, Costco has better things quality which has been directly imported from US as well as local products, I think Costco items are much more cheaper because it is a wholesale outlet but Carrefour is not, Costco has only one wholesale outlet in each city in Taiwan but Carrefour is much more convenient because it has many centers in each city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience at this place, regarding bad service and attitude from one of the cashiers.
The situation is like this, as we were paying, the cashier was rushing us to pack our groceries into the grocery bags and we had a lot of groceries ( the space for packing the groceries are small)
Only when we said that we are going to report her to her manager, only then she apologized for it and mentioned that their supervisors give them pressure . I understand that they have pressures, but that doesn’t mean you can give customers bad attitudes.

Second floor is divided in two parts, left side carries all electrical and electronic household items and right side brings you to the grocery mart. It also have food court on the first floor so no need to worry for outside food timing hah. enjoy your time while shopping ? with your family and others…
